Cancellation Policy
At Smile Studio, your time and oral health are important to us. In order to provide the highest level of care and to respect the time of all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy:
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client in need of care.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50, at the discretion of the clinic.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged a no-show fee of $75 and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Running Late?
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality care for all clients.
